We bring your approved design to life through thoughtful coordination with your creative partners, up to two in-person design or production visits, and attention to the finishing details. Guest & Venue Coordination
We maintain your working guest list and RSVP tracker using the information you provide, prepare seating arrangements and meal-selection details, and coordinate final guest counts. We also assist with hotel-block arrangements, wedding transportation, venue logistics, and wedding-related information on your existing wedding website.
Vendor Selection & Meetings
We research and recommend the professionals needed for your wedding, including specialty vendors. From curated vendor comparisons and consultation coordination to proposal reviews and booking guidance, we manage the sourcing process and help you build a team that aligns with your vision, priorities, and budget. We also coordinate with your contracted vendors throughout planning.
Wedding Management
From the final preparations to the last moments of your celebration, we bring every thoughtfully planned detail together. Your celebration is led by Lydia, supported by an experienced A Touch of Gray team. Full Service includes up to 14 hours of wedding-day team coverage, with one assistant providing up to 12 client-facing hours. Additional staffing or extended coverage may be arranged separately when needed.

Our Event Management experience is designed for couples who have their wedding plans in place but want an experienced professional to take the lead on final logistics and wedding-day execution. From building your master timeline and coordinating your vendor team to managing the celebration itself, we'll bring the moving pieces together so you can be fully present for every moment.

Beginning approximately 12 weeks before your wedding, we gather and review your existing plans, vendor information, and important details. Active management begins following our eight-week kickoff meeting, allowing us to take the lead on final logistics and coordination.

Three purposeful meetings at approximately eight, four, and two weeks before your wedding help us review your plans, refine logistics, address outstanding details, and prepare for a seamless celebration.

Wedding-Day Timeline & Logistics

Ceremony Rehearsal & Direction
We coordinate and direct one ceremony rehearsal of up to one hour at or reasonably near your wedding venue, ensuring your wedding party understands the processional, ceremony flow, and important responsibilities.
Personal Décor Setup
